Posset Bridge Marple Redone

The painting of Posset Bridge on the Marple canal I painted earlier in the year just had to be redone, I used the original painting as a under painting and worked my magic.........just like that.....😁😁

The Old Barn

The Old Barn is in a small village in called Hetton in the Yorkshire Dales , I tried to keep this one very loose and light . Over last summer we stayed in a rented cottage for a week just around this corner .

I plan to do a  series of paintings of  the Yorkshire Dales so will count this as number 1, hope you like.

Update!!!!!!!!!!

Well I decided to give this painting a bit of a rework as there was just something I did not like, so out with my little old paint box which I have had and used for quite a lot of my paintings over the years and this is the end result.

As the title say, re-done both paintings . I think they are much better .

They are not exactly the same but , I think they are not far off

That is the problem I am having , I have a really good camera which photo's of paintings are not really good . This one is taken with my iphone 

Chirk Canal...............Again !

Yes that's right , decided to paint the Canal at Chirk in Wales but this time a bit different . Not much else to say about it other than although it is not such a great photo it dose look better in real life.

I have taken several photo's of this painting with a very good bridge camera , mobile phone  but can not get one that looks like the real painting. Oh well it is what it is.

Been unable to paint

Yes as above, been in a terrible state for quite a few months now and was diagnosed with  Polymyalgia but turned out to be Fybromyalgia .

As of now feeling the medication is now getting on top of things and finding ways to manage this disorder, I have a couple of commissions waiting and should be able to start them within the next week or so .

My apologies to all my customers who have been patiently waiting for my recovery .
